Common description

The Cyclades is an archipelago in the southern Aegean Sea. In the territory of Greece. More than 200 islands, forming several elongated garlands extending from the northwest to the southeast. The total area is 2.6 thousand km².

It is one of the most developed and visited in terms of tourism of the Greek islands. The Cyclades are often called "white islands", a prime example of this is Santorini, which is all seasoned in the traditions of local architecture: white houses, blue sea and blue skies.

The best time to visit Cyclades is from May to June and from September to mid-October - when accommodation prices have / have not yet skyrocketed, not many tourists and not such hot weather.
