Common description
Cayo Largo - Located 80 km south of the Big Island, almost in the center of the Cuban archipelago. The small island is only 28 km long and 3 km wide, but its entire southern coast is a vast beach with 20 km of fine white sand.
There are no permanent residents on Cayo Largo, apart from, of course, colorful birds and iguanas; Cubans, on the other hand, come to the island only to work in hotels (and live in the small village of Isla del Sol. But there is a fantastic coral reef, the amazing “Iguan Island” and a unique marine fauna reserve. This resort is a real paradise for scuba diving enthusiasts.
