Yellowstone National Park, established in 1872, is home to almost two-thirds of all geysers on the planet. The park is covered with frozen lava of the largest dormant supervolcano - Yellowstone Caldera.
The park has a very diverse fauna. Bears, deer, lynx, wolves, moose and about 4,000 bison.
