Common description

Just three and a half hours drive from San Francisco and you will find yourself in a corner of untouched wildlife. It is Yosemite National Park, visited annually by over 3 million people.

The entire landscape of the park, which is mountains, canyons, valleys, was formed by glacier descent and erosion. Surprisingly, ancient Sequoiadendron trees have been growing here since the last ice age.
