Arrival in Beijing.

Excursion to Tiananmen Square (the largest square in the world, with Mao Zedong's Mausoleum located in the northern part).
Forbidden City (Gugong) - the Winter Imperial Palace, home to 24 emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties.
Temple of Heaven - a sacred complex dedicated to the God of Heaven.
Lunch - Peking duck.
Return to the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel.
Excursion to the Great Wall of China (Mutianyu section, 70 km from Beijing). A symbol of China, it is the only man-made structure visible from space with the naked eye.
Lunch at a country Chinese restaurant.
Yiheyuan Summer Garden is the largest and oldest garden and park complex.
External tour of the Olympic venues: the Gnezdo and Water Cube stadiums.
Return to the hotel.
Check-out, transfer to the airport, and flight to Chongqing.
Arrival in Chongqing.
4:30 PM - 8:00 PM Transfer to Chaotianmen Pier, boarding the Century Paragon.
6:30 PM - 8:00 PM Dinner on board.
8:00 PM - 8:45 PM Safety briefing.

11:45 Passage through Qutangxia Gorge.

8:00-11:00 Bus and walking tour to the Three Gorges Dam (Yangtzi River Closure Memorial Park and Three Gorges Dam Project Museum).
Optional excursion for an additional fee.
12:30 Cruise ends on the Century Paragon.
Transfer to Yichang Airport. Flight to Beijing. Arrival in Beijing, transfer to a hotel near the airport. Free time.
