Common description

An amazing combination of exotic subequatorial belt and the charm of a provincial French town at the beginning of the last century conceals this mountain city. The history of this area began in 1887, when Dr. Alexander Yersin recommended turning this area into a resort city - healing mountain air (the city is located at an altitude of 1,500 m above sea level) and the absence of the sweltering heat of the valley immediately made this city a favorite vacation spot of the colonial elite .
In Dalat there are many natural and artificially created lakes separated by rows of conifers, which are the main feature of this area. A trip to Dalat cannot be considered complete if you have not visited the Flower Gardens of Dalat. The local temperature and climate are very suitable for growing flowers such as orchids, roses, lilies and camellias. Nowadays, tourists are not limited to one Dalat, but they also visit the Langbyan Upland and ethnic minorities. The highest peak of the Langbyan Mountains 2,165 m is very attractive for climbers. With Lom Bieng Klo, one can observe the boundless chains of green mountains.
